Some ROMs now use multiple ext partitions for data2ext. Unfortunately there is currently no way to include the second ext partition in the nandroid backup. A full backup/restore is therefore not possible

Please introduce the ability to sign zip or apk files like Android Commander (AC).

AC uses SignApk.jar to achieve this (see: http://goo.gl/gb8yl)

However, please make this feature usable without plugging in the phone (unlike AC).

How about to be able to specify the location of the backup folder. For instance, I would like to have like this:
/sdcard/Backups/QtADB
instead of that:
/sdcard/QtADB/backup
A simple "set path" in the settings should be sufficient.

if the file is pulled and opened on PC, after changes are introduced it could be uploaded back to device.
This would require monitoring if the file is still open as well as monitoring if the file was changed. after the file is no more opened it is uploaded and then deleted.

I miss the "move" option aside "copy" and "delete"

select some files, right-click, "send to phone" and show fileDialog to choose place to save file

I have QtADB installed on my ubuntu machine but there is no icon for launcher etc.

Shell font is sans-serif so it's a bit hard to read. Please use a monospace font or make it configurable.
